Claire has been coaching since 1998 and has a huge amount of experience in helping people change and grow.

Originally training as a life coach she then decided to enhance her overall knowledge and understanding by studying for a Psychology degree with the Open University, incorporating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. During this period of self-development Claire became interested in NLP and trained to Master Practitioner level in both NLP and Hypnotherapy.To further help Claire in being fabulous at helping people change she is also certified in Motivational Interviewing (which helps find your inner driving motivation to change) and body language which can help promote self-confidence and self-esteem.

Claire has spent the last 16 years working for herself, some ideas have been successful, others less so and in those years she has learnt exactly what works and what doesn’t in business. By far her most successful business (so far) was the Wedding Planning business called Kiss The Frog which was sold in 2010, mainly so she could spend more time at home at weekends. She really DOES love the wedding industry and enjoys its uniqueness and all the fabulous and creative people involved in it, which is why she is passionate about helping people in the wedding industry become wealthy in their own businesses.

All these skills add up to Claire being talented and passionate about helping people chang e themselves and their business into the wealth generators they have always dreamt about....
